We at Student Grievance Support System connect the Students to the Management System, which
enables the respective bodies to address the difficulties/issues faced by the student in an
efficient way and find a best possible solution to it ensuring student Satisfaction. The
basic motive of this portal is to ensure transparency on various levels and provide a
mechanism for redressal of the grievances.
The Student Grievance Support System is a great initiative taken by the government of Andhra
Pradesh in order to facilitate students/ Complainants to lodge a grievance if they are
facing any difficulty or issues with respect to Admission, Infrastructure, Examination,
Finance etc.
The portal acts as a great platform for students to convey their problems to the concerned
authorities and also being informed about the status of the same. It also helps the
Redressal Bodies to function smoothly and efficiently, ensuring a hassle-free grievance
resolution procedure. The system also facilitates the Redressal Bodies of respective levels
(University, Institute, Department) to search and browse grievances lodged against their
level (University, Institute, Department) and post action taken against the complaints on
the portal as well as contact the complainant directly through an interactive one to one
chat. The portal is a user-friendly, robust and an interactive web-application that ensures
a great user experience and also acts a bridge connecting the Students and the Management
System.
